Werribee Youth Cup Postponed

Due to the uncertainty regarding the COVID-19 restrictions and border allowances within Victoria, the Werribee Youth Cup has been postponed.

“The Wyncity Tournament team have decided due to the unknown surrounding the COVID-19 situation in Victoria, it’s best to postpone the Werribee Youth Cup” said Tournament Director John Ward. “As bowlers are coming from other states who need to organise flights and accommodation, we feel it is unfair to them if we have to cancel last minute. Hopefully, by postponing it today, they have enough time to seek refunds and alter travel plans”.

TBA supports the decision to reschedule given the circumstances.

Once clarity is known regarding the situation, and the tournament team determines the event’s new date, this will be communicated on the website and social platforms.

If you have any questions regarding the tournament, please contact John Ward at [email protected]
