Registrations for the much-anticipated NTS Trials have now officially closed.

Tenpin Bowling Australia (TBA) appreciate the overwhelming interest shown by our talented community of bowlers, both new and returning.

“The response has been brilliant,” said General Manager Performance Gareth Webber. “The interest in this new initiative has blown us away and are excited to roll out this new opportunity for bowlers to showcase their ability”.

Emails have now been sent to all applicants, so please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) to find out the result of your application.

While the excitement builds, we are in the final stages of organising the event. We will release comprehensive information about the Trials shortly, shedding light on specifics such as the format and other vital details.

For those who may have missed our initial announcement or need a refresher:

  • The NTS Trials is an initiative to elevate and expand TBA’s National Training Squad (NTS) selection opportunities.
  • It serves as a bridge for aspirants to turn their aspirations into accomplishments.
  • The Trials offer a platform for showcasing your skills, regardless of prior participation in ranked events.
  • This initiative will particularly empower in-form, non-NTS bowlers and those who may have been inactive in the 2023 NTS squad.
  • The Trials’ emphasis on healthy competition and camaraderie promises a holistic experience for all participants.
  • NTS Open & NTS 50: December 2-3, 2023, at the Suncity AGL National High-Performance Centre. This event will be for NTS Open (Men and Women) and NTS50 (Senior & Grand Senior) athletes.
  • NTS18 & NTS21: January 27-28, 2024, at the same Suncity AGL National High Performance Centre. This event will be for bowlers in NTS18 and NTS21 categories.

Remember, this event is not just about competition but also about personal growth, camaraderie, and extending the limits of your potential.

We understand the anticipation and urge you to stay tuned for more details.
