Tenpin Bowling Australia’s nationally recognised ‘learn to bowl’ program Bowl Patrol is ready to roll across all states and territories for Term 3. Online registration via the Bowl Patrol website (www.bowlpatrol.com.au) has never been easier with most participants in all states and territories now able to utilise sporting vouchers to cover the full cost of the program.
Thanks to initiatives like Ticket to Play in Tasmania, Get Started in Queensland, Kid Sport in Western Australia, Active Kids in New South Wales and Sport Vouchers in Northern Territory and South Australia, cost is no longer a barrier to participation for many. Vouchers range in value from $100 per year to $100 twice-a-year. The cost of the Bowl Patrol program is just $99 for eight weeks of 1 hour sessions and includes a Patroller Pack (new cap, drink bottle and t-shirt).
For Patrollers returning to a Bowl Patrol program, the price drops to just $79 (no additional Pack), that’s less than $10/week. No further costs associated with uniform, equipment, training sessions, representative teams, competition or canteen duties!
Following on from another successful series of Term 2 programs, praise continues for the success of Bowl Patrol. Our Term 2 survey responses indicate Lane Rangers (coaches) have an incredible impact on the programs;
“Very patient with the kids, especially my son with special needs.”
“Good job”, “Very Nice”, “very patient and calm with the kids. Very approachable.”
“Lane Ranger was VERY helpful in helping to get my grip correct.”
(*actual survey responses from Term 2 Bowl Patrol survey sent to all registered participants).
