
Tenpin Bowling Australia (TBA) is proud to confirm the team selected to represent Australia at the upcoming International Bowling Federation (IBF) Para Bowling World Cup presented by QubicaAMF.
From the recently announced NTS Inclusion squad, we have selected a team of 4 male and 4 female intellectual athletes, as well as a reserve for each team. These athletes create our first ever Team Australia for TBA for athletes with an intellectual disability.
High-performance Manager Mike Griffith stated “we are so proud to announce our first ever Inclusion Team Australia, to compete at the IBF Para World Cup event. It is a great opportunity for our athletes with an intellectual disability to reach the highest level of the sport and represent their country against teams from around the world, right here on our own turf.”
Commencing today, 3 November 2022 at Suncity Tenpin Bowl on the Sunshine Coast, the selected team to don the green and gold are as follows:
Women’s Team

- Courtney Bucknell
- Dianne Demello
- Karnie Taylor
- Erin Huxley (Reserve)
Men’s Team
- Adam Sutherland
- Kallan Strong
- Matthew Hurst
- Tyler Allen
- Jason Threlfall (Reserve)
The reserves will be travelling with the team but only bowl if required.
The team will be steered by head coach Louise Eady.
