GM of Industry Damien Smith continued his round trip of TBA registered centres today visiting Oz Tenpin Ballarat.
Absolutely brilliant spending time with Shannon the Centre Manager & team at Oz Tenpin Ballarat.
The centre was a hype of activity!! Shannon, a 29 year specialist in the bowling industry runs a very tight ship! A magnificent ambassador who is displaying a great customer-centric approach.
