After no price changes for four years, Tenpin Bowling Australia (TBA) has today announced a price increase for high game award plaques.
Over the years TBA has worn the cost of price increases, however due to the significant rise in both postage and plaques costs, an increase in price was required.
From the 1st of March 2021, high game award plaques will increase to $50, an additional $2 over the current price that has been in place for the past four years. This price includes the cost of postage.
TBA have updated high game award forms, and these can be found by clicking here.
TBA recognises registered bowlers that attain such an achievement by entering them into the 300 club where their game is accredited and remembered in our history. TBA offer plaques to registered bowlers to help recognise and commemorate high game achievements.
The plaques that are available for TBA registered bowlers are:
- 298 game
- 299 game
- 300 game
- 600 series over 2 games
- 700 series over 3 games
- 800 series over 3 games
- 900 series over 3 games
- 1000 series over 4 games
TBA also provide a wide range of jewellery commemorative items such as rings and watches for those that would like something a bit fancier in celebrating their achievements.
Registered bowlers who achieve their first ever 300 game and 800 series are eligible for a once in a lifetime free of charge plaque to help commemorate the achievement.
Please note that TBA awards are not available for any achievements bowled in ‘phantom type’ leagues, special competitions, or pre-bowled/deferred/postponed matches.
The 300 club in 2021 is off to a great start with 12 accredited 300’s already recognised in the club. To view a list of the accredited 300’s please visit – https://www.tenpin.org.au/bowl/300-club/
