TBA Announces Additional Bronze Coaching Courses

April 1, 2019

Tenpin Bowling Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest and registrations from Level 1 coaches and interested bowlers to attend upcoming Bronze coaching courses being held in both South East Queensland and in Victoria. These courses are in addition to the recently announced Bronze course scheduled for July in South Australia.

Are you interested in becoming a Bronze Coach?
The Bronze course is open to anyone who is a current TBA Level 1 Accredited Coach who is wanting to take their knowledge and skills to the next level.  Bronze is an Intermediate Level, aimed at coaching athletes from beginners up to 170 / 180 average.  It is also a prerequisite to becoming a Silver Level coach.  Bronze coaches have more coaching opportunities and receive a higher rate of pay than Level 1 Coaches (eg Sporting Schools).

When & Where?
South East Queensland
4 & 5 May 2019
Aspley Tenpin Bowl

Victoria
22 & 23 June 2019
Venue to be confirmed

At the two-day course, participants will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills to develop their own coaching philosophy, fine tuning a bowler’s physical game, understand lane conditions and provide advice on ball selection.

Not Yet a Level 1 Coach?
No problem – as the Level 1 course is all online, you will be able to register for this and get started prior to attending a Bronze course.

How to Register
To register your interest in attending either of these courses, please download and return the Expression of Interest Form by Friday 19 April 2019.

TBA is looking for expressions of interest and registrations.
Course is not confirmed until numbers are known and payments made.
Date is subject to numbers and viability.
