
Tenpin Bowling Australia has today announced the team to represent Australia at the 26th Asian Tenpin Bowling Championships in Hong Kong.

Team Australia has returned home from the 25th Asian Championship with two top ten finishes in Kuwait.

Australia’s Asian Schools team has returned home from the 2019 Asian Schools Championship in Hong Kong after finishing fifth on the overall medal tally with one silver.

Australia’s Asian schools team will depart on Tuesday for the 2019 Asian Schools Tenpin Bowling Championships in Hong Kong which officially begins when the opening ceremony is held on Sunday 7th July.

The team of six women and six men will compete in the 10-day tournament at the Kuwait Bowling Centre in Salmiya, against Asia’s leading bowling nations.

The World Men’s Championship concluded on Wednesday in Hong Kong, and the USA finished on top of the medal tally.

Australia’s youth team will head to Malaysia next week for the 20th Asian Youth Championships which begins on Friday at Megalanes Sarawak in Kuching.
