National Training Squad 18 Coaching Group Expression of Interest

Tenpin Bowling Australia (TBA) Limited seeks expressions of interest from experienced TBA-accredited silver-level coaches to manage our National Training Squad for junior-age athletes.
These roles will be responsible for managing the NTS 18 pool.
The available coach positions include the head coach and two assistant coaches.
Tenpin Bowling Australia would also like to acknowledge the past NTS 18 coaching group for their incredible work over the past five years. The group of Shane Bernhardt, Bianca Flanagan, and Simon Pearce have decided to move on from their positions to allow a new injection of coaches to take control of the exciting squad.
“We thank Shane, Bianca, and Simon for their outstanding service over the last five years,” said TBA Chief Executive Officer Rohan O’Neill.
“They played a critical role in achieving several outcomes over the years, and the foundation they have laid in that time has been incredible to witness and will serve the sport well moving forward.
“We look forward to the new coaches joining to apply their individual style and learnings to this critical squad of our High-Performance program,” added O’Neill.
TBA recently released an EOI for all National Training Squads, and selectors are currently reviewing these. It is envisioned that the 2023 National Training Squad members will be officially announced in the coming weeks.

Applications will close on Friday 21 April 2023 at 5:00 pm AEST. To apply for the roles, applicants must complete an online form and upload a bio to help assist with the application.
Final interviews and the appointment of the NTS 18 Head and Assistant coaches will be made in the month of May 2023. The successful candidate/s would be expected to commence duties as soon as possible after the appointment. All appointments will be made by TBA’s Performance Manager and a selected working group.
