Our 2019 National Lane Ranger of the Year, Moira Mathie from WA, shares a game to help improve your bowling and balance.
Everyone loves a challenge and at TBA’s participation programs we use games to challenge participants to reinforce new skills and to stay active between turns. It helps to make learning fun!
In this third video, ZONE BOWLING Joondalup’s Lane Ranger, Moira Mathie, uses a few common items around the home to show you a target game that you will play as part of the BowlAbilities program. This session’s focus is developing a balanced stance when you release the ball. All you need is a bucket and some socks to join in!

Have a go at “Bean Bag Target” and post your efforts on Facebook: @BowlAbilitiesAUS or Instagram: @BowlAbilities or email: [email protected]
