In the leadup to the first women’s division ranked event on the weekend, the Suncity Women’s Open, please find below a few reminders.
Mooloolaba Triathlon
Please be aware that the Mooloolaba Triathlon is on this weekend around the surrounding areas of the AGL National High-Performance Centre.
We are of the understanding that this will have no effect on access to the bowl but want to remind you to factor this in when determining travel times.
Please allow extra travel times to accommodate any traffic delays or diversions that may be in place.
Prize Fund
We have received a few enquiries regarding the prize fund on the entry form as it did not specifically state what it was based on.
The entry form was based on 64 entries, however, at this point we have 32 entries and the prize fund has been adjusted as follows.
PROPOSED PAYOUT | |
Based on 32 entries | |
1 | $ 1,000 |
2 | $ 700 |
3 | $ 600 |
4 | $ 550 |
5 | $ 500 |
6 | $ 450 |
7 | $ 400 |
8 | $ 350 |
A 1:4 ratio has been maintained and the payout exceeds the prize pool that has been collected from the entry fees. Prize fund will be re-adjusted if further entries are received.
