Entries Open For 2020 National Disability Championships

Entries for the National Tenpin Bowling Championship for persons with a disability from 3rd June till 13th June, 2020 are now open. 

ZONE BOWLING – Mt Gravatt in Brisbane will host the 32nd running of the Championship and with strong numbers attending last year’s event the 2020 Championship is set to be one of the largest single sporting events for people with a disability in Australia this year. 

Bowlers with physical and intellectual disabilities will travel from all States and Territories to participate in the prestigious tournament.

Over the 10 days’ bowlers will compete in individual and team events culminating in the Masters events on Friday 12th June.

With the Championship being a graded event, bowlers of varying skill levels will compete with many who are relatively new to the sport entering their first event, to those who would not look out of place bowling against the best abled bodied bowlers in Australia.

The tournament begins on Wednesday 3rd June with singles, doubles and team squads being bowled with the state team challenges held on Wednesday 10th June.
