Life has changed dramatically in a short period of time, and the situation continues to evolve rapidly. With many sports not being an option at the moment, there is no doubt that we are all missing our sport and keeping active – especially kids!
There are many elements of bowling that we can practice both off and on the lane, some of which not only help us to improve on our bowling skills but also to improve our health and fitness. Being active is important to both our physical and mental health; for kid’s exercise is an essential part of any child’s development as it can lay the foundations for a healthy active life.
Bowl Patrol has put together a range of different exercises and activities for the kids (and even adults!) to do at home during this time to keep muscles moving, to practice bowling skills and bring a little bit of fun (and maybe competition!) to the household.

The exercises and activities are simple things that can be done at home with minimal equipment. It includes exercises like lunges, arm curl, wall sits, and squats; the activities involve working on target practice and skill development through reinforcing skills learnt in Bowl Patrol.
