The second ‘Bowl At Home’ video has been released and here’s your chance to be involved and get moving Australia!
Join the fun when we bowl around the country! Record yourself bowling a tennis ball or whatever you can find around that house that will roll. Post your efforts on Facebook: @BowlAbilitiesAUS or Instagram: @BowlAbilities or email: [email protected]
In this second video, Western Australia’s Sport Development Officer, Mia Buswell, takes you through some activities that you will learn as part of the BowlAbilities program. This week’s focus is developing your release of the ball – The Spiderman Release.
TBA have created a series of videos that aim to introduce the basic skills of the sport for all ages and all abilities from the comfort and safety of your own home. Whether you are new to the sport of tenpin bowling or you have had a taste of it before, this fun series will help you stay fit and keep moving.
Be sure to ‘Like’ and ‘Share’ the videos on: YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. If you want more information, email: [email protected] or contact the Sport Development Officer in your State.
