Our 2019 National Lane Ranger of the Year, Moira Mathie from WA, shares a game to help improve your bowling and balance.
Everyone loves a challenge and at TBA’s participation programs we use games to challenge participants to reinforce new skills and to stay active between turns. It helps to make learning fun!
In this third video, ZONE BOWLING Joondalup’s Lane Ranger, Moira Mathie, uses a few common items around the home to show you a target game that you will play as part of the BowlAbilities program. This session’s focus is developing a balanced stance when you release the ball. All you need is a bucket and some socks to join in!
TBA have created this series of videos that aim to introduce the basic skills of the sport for all ages and all abilities from the comfort and safety of your own home. Whether you are new to the sport of tenpin bowling or you have had a taste of it before, this fun series will help you stay fit and keep moving.
Tenpin Bowling prides itself as an inclusive sport for all to play. The BowlAbilities program has been created to provide an inclusive pathway to participation in our great sport! To learn more regarding BowlAbilities or our junior participation program, Bowl Patrol, head to the websites below:
