ANC: President’s Shield Doubles Day

Teams returned to the lanes today to compete in the Doubles event of the 2021 President’s Shield at ZONE BOWLING Moonah.

With the new format, a new day provides new opportunities to claim medals and points for your team.

The new day saw new champions rise to the occasion and claim the gold medals on offer.

Congratulations to South Australia (Jayden Hathazi & Tarkyn Percy) & North Queensland (Lilly Wilson & Sophie Jones) who have taken out the gold medals at the President’s Shield doubles event today.

  • Male: 2nd- SQ – Connor Renton & Hayden Rowe 3rd – SQ- Jack Colmer & Jordan Harrold
  • Female: 2nd- SQ – Tamika Pettigrew & Tahlia Corbett 3rd- TAS – Bridget Perkins & Abby George

South Queensland maintains its lead in all divisions but it is close! One day to go and anything can happen in the team’s event!
