National Training Squad Head Coach Opportunities Available

NTS Head Squad Coach

TBA seeks experienced Silver accredited Coaches who are interested in apply for the head coaches positions. The head coach will be primarily responsible for working directly with athletes who are in their National Training Squad pool and their personal coaches in preparation for Asian Zone and World Championships.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Developing the training and tournament schedule for National Training Squad athletes;
  • Assisting the HP Manager in the implementation of Individual Performance Plans for squad athletes;
  • In conjunction with the High Performance Committee and HP Manager, assist in the development and planning of training camps for NTS athletes and National Teams;
  • Developing strong relationships with athletes and their personal coaches;
  • Contributing effectively as part of a team working towards the achievement of outcomes;
