Entering TBA members onto the Database
Below you will find a link to the instruction manual which outlines through a step by step process how Registered Centre personnel and Local Association representatives register members onto the TBA data base.
You may have already recieved a copy of this manual via email, along with your own secure User Name and Password to enable you to enter the secure site.
If you are the nominated Local Association person responsible for inputting members details into the TBA database and have not recieved this information from the National Sporting Organisation or your Centre, , it will be necessary for you to initially contact your Centre. If they can not provide you with your TBA Data base Local Association User name and Password, please contact Sporting Pulse to be issued with your individual User name and Password. Please note that all requests to Sporting Pulse for a User name and Password are security checked through the National Sporting Organisation.
This is a secure database system which has various levels of security built into the system.
In summary, Local Association representatives, can access information regarding their Association members. Registered Centre's can only view informtion about members within their Centres and their approved Associations and their members. State approved personnel can view information about Centres and Associations within their States.
